More Information
Vitamin B12 deficiency is highly unlikely to occur in healthy people who are able to consume a normal, balanced diet. However, nutritional supplements should be considered for those who are ill or weakened by chemo therapy. Vitamin supplements are not a substitute for a healthy, balanced diet.
